Responsible Gambling
with wau888
Online gambling is adult entertainment that should be enjoyed in a conscious and controlled manner. wau888 provides a range of self-control tools and accurate information so every player can play safely, within their means and responsibly.
Six Pillars of Responsible Gambling
wau888 builds a fair and safe gaming environment based on the following principles.
Minimum Age of 21
The wau888 platform is open only to users aged 21 and above. All new accounts go through an age check before they can access paid games. This is a non-negotiable guideline to protect young people.
Self-Set Deposit Limits
Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their account. Once a limit is reached, any further deposit attempts will be automatically declined until the next review period begins.
Session Time Limits
Set a time limit for your playing sessions so that leisure activity does not interfere with your daily needs and responsibilities. wau888 respects every time limit decision made by a player.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is starting to have a negative effect on your daily life, use the self-exclusion option to suspend your account temporarily or for a longer period.
24/7 Support
The wau888 support team is available via live chat and email in Malay and English at all times. You can discuss responsible gambling concerns at any time without hesitation.
Accurate and Clear Information
wau888 provides complete information on bonus wagering requirements, payment methods and withdrawal policies in a transparent manner. There are no hidden terms — everything is stated clearly so you can make informed decisions.
Signs of Problem Gambling
Recognising early signs is the most important first step. Check whether any of the points below apply to you or someone around you.

How to Use wau888 Self-Control Tools
These tools can be accessed directly through your account settings. Any changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately, while changes that increase a limit require a waiting period.
Set a Deposit Limit
Go to the account section, select "Deposit Limit" and set the maximum amount you are comfortable depositing per day, week or month.
Temporary Account Suspension
Choose a suspension period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account will be blocked from any betting activity for that period.
Full Self-Exclusion
For a longer exclusion, contact wau888 support via live chat or email. Our team will process your request promptly.
Betting History Review
Monitor your deposit, withdrawal and betting activity in detail through the history section of your account. It helps you assess your spending patterns.
ℹ️ Remember: Responsible gambling means playing with money set aside for entertainment only. Never use borrowed money, emergency savings or money intended for daily needs for gambling.
